President’s Message

The Nevada Legislature is stll in session so I hope you are calling or e-mailing our representatves to voice your opinion. Our representatives are awaiting your comments, concerns and approval/disapproval. It is part of what we do as members of Republican Women. We are often called “the backbone” of the Republican Party. We volunteer to work on campaigns and fundraisers and go out and register voters. Without us, so much would not get done.

Assemblyman John Hambrick, Assembly District 2, has written another article for us giving us his views on Assembly procedures to date. He mentons several Assembly bills in his article and asks for your comments/support. Please let our representatives know our concerns –we helped elect them!

We have a new Boutique Chairman, Diane Caruana. She has a lot of beautiful items to offer andwelcomes your ideas on what you want her to make available in the boutique. She will be happy to see you at our April luncheon.
